Rich Royal Sapphire Blue Iridescent Silk Dupioni Fabric 21 x 15
The rich color of this silk dupioni fabric seems to me to be a combination of royal blue and sapphire blue. At first glance, the cross threads appear to be the same color, but a closer examination reveals that the warp is a saturated cobalt blue, giving the silk depth and subtle contrasts. This silk dupioni has a very good weight and a lovely sheen. I shot the images in natural light without flash. The piece is 21" wide x 15" long. NOTE: If you need a larger piece, please let me know.
